Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Every piece Down the Street sells is one of a kind, so pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review each piece's description, dimensions and photographs before purchasing. Vintage and antique works carry signs of age, and any notable condition details are noted in the description.

Damage in transit. If a piece arrives damaged, email info@downthestreetny.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the piece and its packaging. Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. Down the Street will work with the carrier and offer a refund or a repair, depending on the damage.

Cancellations. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
